Welcome to Hewn & Holy. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Each sculpture is carved in solid wood to order and finished by hand. Natural wood grain and hand finishing vary from piece to piece — modest variation from photography is part of the nature of the material, not a defect.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order — for example, in the case of a pricing or listing error.

Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your card details.

Returns

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to Hewn & Holy or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
