Returns & Refunds

Every Hewn & Holy piece is carved to order and finished by hand. We stand behind each one.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement first, or refund you in full if you prefer — no interrogation.

Changed your mind

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Because each piece is made to order, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive the piece, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, before carving begins. After that, your order is covered by the return policy above.
