Each sculpture is carved to order — finished by hand and shipped with care. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the day you order. We share tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Every piece is carved from solid wood and finished by hand with a natural stain and wax. We confirm the exact wood species for each design with our workshop and state it on the product page once verified — where a page says simply “solid wood,” confirmation is still under way.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from direct sunlight, radiators, and damp rooms. Once or twice a year, a little natural beeswax polish will deepen the grain.

Yes — enter the recipient's address at checkout and leave a note on your order if you'd like us to know it's a gift. Because each piece takes 2–3 weeks, please order ahead of baptisms, weddings, and holidays.

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days — we'll send a replacement first, or refund you in full if you prefer. You can also cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before carving begins. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
