Shipping

Made to order. Every sculpture is carved after you order it and finished by hand. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.

Where we ship. We ship worldwide. Shipping is always free — it is included in the price, door to door.

Duties & taxes. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country on arrival are the recipient's responsibility. Most orders clear with nothing more to pay; we cannot predict or prepay another country's customs.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is on its way.

Ordering for a ceremony. Buying for a baptism, wedding, or memorial? Order at least 4 weeks ahead and add the date in your order note — if timing is ever at risk, we will tell you before we carve, not after.

Address changes. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to change a shipping address.
