Returns & Exchanges

Damaged in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days. We'll send a replacement first, or refund you in full if you prefer — no interrogation.

Changed your mind. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Because each piece is made to order, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations. Cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before carving begins.

How to start. Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll take care of it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
